SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Shipping Time

  • Processing times varies from 2-7 days, depending on the amount of orders to fill. It takes about 3-14 days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped in the US. International shipping takes longer. It takes about 2-5 days to receive a tracking number.
  •  Processing times are during business hours and exclude weekends and holidays.
  • We will notify you within 24 business hours if any items you ordered are out-of-stock.

 

Delivery Time

  • Most orders are delivered within 7-14 business days of being placed.
  • We understand that Covid-19 is hard for some people and paying for shipping is a hassle, thus shipping is free for minimum purchase of 49.99 until November 1, 2020

Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at graysprinting@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and PROOF OF PURCHASE AND EXPLANATION OF ISSUE , and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. Proof of receipt is needed for refund.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you must return the unwanted items and place a new order for the wanted items. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy below for instructions on the return process.

Returns & Refunds

To return an item and receive a refund:

  • GRAY'S ACTIVE WEAR PRINTING offers free return shipping on orders that have been placed with the past 7 days old or less. Buyer pays for the return label.
  • Returns are generally processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund credits to be processed.

Please be aware that:

  • Item return claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Items that have been printed on, washed, or altered in any way are not returnable.


  • Gray's Active Wear Printing's does not charge any restocking fees.

  • Shipping and handling charges are the buyers cost for returns.

Cancellations

  • Order cancellation can only be made before shipment or before the item has been printed especially in custom made t-shirts.
  • Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.

Back orders

  • Gray's Active Wear Printing  does not do back orders.
  • If an item is unavailable it will be removed from the order, and you will be notified.

Lost Package

If the shipping tracking number says a package has been delivered but you have not received your order, here is the procedure we follow:

  1. First, we ask you to check with anyone else to receive mail at the shipping address and we ask that if possible to talk to your delivery person to see where they delivered the package.  This often solves the missing package issue.  We also ask that you check with your neighbors to see if they might have received it.
  2. Second, we wait 2 business days for the package to show up from a delayed delivery, neighbor or other person who may have received it.
  3. Next after 2 business days we open a lost package case with the carrier to see if the package is located.
